Parameter $ip_array

Expected type: Array of arrays
Description: An array of IP parts. The array consists of 4 arrays, each of which has "low" and "high". See ip2range for more info.

Parameter $full_ip

Expected type: String
Description: The full IP address.

Return value

Expected type: Array
Description: An array containing the low and high values of each part of the IP range, or false if the trigger already exists.
