Shows all of a user's attachments.

void showAttachments (int $memID)

Expected type: Integer
Description: The ID of the member whose attachments we're viewing

**Context ($context) Variables**
Name	Description
$context['attachments']	An array of information about the user's attachments. Each array in this array has id, filename, downloads, subject, posted, msg, topic, board, board_name and approved.
