Shows a list of boards and their assigned permissions profiles, and allows you to change each board's profile.

• Saves the changes if $_POST['save_changes'] and $_POST['boardprofile'] aren't empty
• Checks for $_GET['edit']
• Saving things requires a valid session ID
• Calls loadPermissionProfiles and getBoardTree
• Uses the 'by_board' subtemplate
