Shows a log of all tasks that have taken place

• Uses a standard SMF list to load up the info
• Removes all scheduled tasks if $_POST['removeall'] isn't empty and the session is valid
• Uses the standard show_list sub-template with the "task_log" default list
• Moved to ManageScheduledTasks.php in 2.0 RC1
