• To edit the custom title, the 'profile_title_own' or 'profile_title_any' permission is needed
• Determines whether or not to show a "Spell check" button for the signature based on the enableSpellChecking setting and the existence of the pspell_new function
• Determines which avatar options to display based on the settings (1.0.x) or permissions (1.1)
