Adds the following functions to $smcFunc: db_backup_table, db_optimize_table, db_insert_sql, db_table_sql, db_list_tables and db_get_version

• Only loads the functions into the array if $smcFunc['db_backup'] table isn't set or is set to something other than 'db_backup_table'
