Shows a report of all members who currently have a staff position on the forum.

• "Staff" position mostly based on permissions, but also includes all administrators, moderators and global moderators
• Displays each user's name, group, a list of boards they moderate (or "All" if they moderate all of them), their post count and when they were last online
• Accessed at index.php?action=reports;sa=staff
