Displays a report of the settings and board access information for each membergroup.

• Accessed at index.php?action=reports;sa=member_groups
• Shows the following information for each group: Settings - Color (specific color and color name/code, or "-" if there isn't one for that group), Minimum Posts (or "N/A" for regular groups), Maximum Personal Messages ("-" if there isn't a limit), Stars (image and number; "-" if the group doesn't have stars...); Board Access - either "Allow" or "x" for each board depending on whether or not that group specifically has access to the board.
