Generates a report about the settings each board has.

• Accessed through index.php?action=reports;rt=boards
• Shows the following information for each board: Category, Parent Board ("None" if there isn't one), Number of Topics, Number of Posts, Count Posts (whether or not posts are counted on this board - either "Yes" or "No"), Board Theme ("None" if it uses the forum default theme), Force Board Theme ("Yes" if we want to override the member's theme, "No" otherwise), Moderators ("None" if there aren't any) and Groups With Access ("None" if only the admin has access)
