Verifies the input from setPassword and resets the user's password if everything is valid

• Accessed at index.php?action=setpassword2
• Can only be accessed by posting from the Set Password form
• Checks to make sure the code is correct
• Makes sure everything was entered
• Checks the new password and the "confirm password" field to make sure they match
• Changes the user's password if everything checks out
