Loads up all the information for the "Account Related Settings" section of the profile.

• Requires either the 'profile_identity_own' or 'profile_identity_any' permission (depending on whether or not it's your profile)
• To edit the username, you need the 'admin_forum' permission
• To change which membergroups the member is in, you need the 'manage_membergroups' permission
• Uses the 'allow_editDisplayName', 'allow_hideEmail' and 'allow_hideOnline' settings
• Users with the 'moderate_forum' permission can change the display name, hide email option and hide online status option regardless of the above settings
