Allows you to examine a specific file from a particular package. Extremely useful for installing mods in other themes ;)

• Accessed at index.php?action=packages;sa=examine;package={package_name};file={file_name}
• If the selected file is an image, it just displays the image
• If the selected file is a PHP file, it will highlight the code for you
• Otherwise it just displays the file
• Same requirements as other package manager functions
• Uses the examine sub-template
